consent box on our intake form, whether online or at an in-person outreach event), you agree to receive text (SMS/MMS) messages from Imagine Dental & Orthodontics related to your care and appointments. The following terms apply to our text messaging program:
- Program description. Messages relate to new-patient intake, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders and confirmations, recall or reactivation, and requests to complete required forms prior to a visit. This is customer-care messaging; we do not use this program to send promotional or marketing messages.
- Opt-in. Consent is obtained through an explicit, affirmative action (checking a consent box). Providing a phone number alone does not opt you in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving any dental services.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, we will send a single confirmation message, and you will not receive further program messages unless you opt in again.
